Service Request allows you to report issues, ask questions, or even send a thank you, related to any County service or program. 

Service Request is not meant for the following:

• Issues that need immediate attention:  Call 780-778-8400 (Monday to Friday 8:15am-4:30pm). For any after-hours issues, please call our after-hours phoneline at 1-888-870-6315, follow the voice prompts, and an on-call staff member will address the issue as soon as possible. Service requests are not meant for emergency situations.
