Service Request allows you to report issues, ask questions, or even send a thank you, related to any County service or program. 

Service Request is not meant for the following:

• Issues that need immediate attention:  Please call our after hours phoneline at 1-888-870-6315, follow the voice prompts, and an on-call staff member will attend to the issue as soon as they can. Service requests are not meant for emergency situations.
  
  
• Bylaw Enforcement: Please call the Lac St. Anne County Peace Officers directly at 780-785-3630 for bylaw related issues, such a dog-at-large, noise complaints, and unsightly properties. For more details on bylaw enforcement issues, click here.
