If you need help submitting a request or setting up an account, please call 780-778-8400 for assistance.

Keep in mind, service requests are not meant for the following:

• Emergency situations that require police, ambulance, or fire, call 9-1-1
  
  
• County issues that need immediate attention: 
  • Call 780-778-8400 (Monday to Friday 8:15am-4:30pm).
  • After-hours: Call 1-888-870-6315, follow the voice prompts, and an on-call staff member will address the issue as soon as possible.
    
    
• Bylaw Enforcement: Call the Lac St. Anne County Peace Officers (CPO) directly at 780-785-3630 for bylaw-related issues, such as dog-at-large and noise complaints. For more details on bylaw enforcement issues, click here.

HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT & SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST

Using the Citywide Portal is easy:

1. Create an account or continue as a guest
2. Enter your contact information
3. Select a location (search, map, or none)
4. Choose your request type and add details
5. Review and submit

• You’ll receive a reference number to track your request.
• Create an account to log in and view updates anytime.
