Letters of Compliance
Woodlands County will issue a letter of compliance for a fee of $150.00.
In order to issue a letter of compliance, the development officer requires a current Alberta Real Property Report to ensure that improvements comply with the setbacks and permitted uses of the County’s Land Use Bylaw. The County also checks the land files for any development permits that may have been issued on the property and compares them to the property report
An Alberta Real Property Report can be obtained from any Alberta land surveyor.
