Woodlands County may apply dust control or road stabilization product on select roadways or sections as part of maintaining level of service. Exact limits of selective sections will be finalized in late May once spring melt run-off is no longer impacting the gravel road surface. The County may issue a prorated refund in case of an overlap with any submitted and paid dust control applications.
